   I actually attended this conference. It was the Radio One Music Conference from last year. Polow’s story was inspiring. Young Joc talked about what made him sign the “Lookin Boy” group. Gorilla Zoe spoke on his path to getting a deal. I think Keri Hilson was there participating in a songwriting panel. Sometimes these conferences aren’t cheap, but you can’t get this type of insight anywhere else.
