What I’m Doing…Making Beats, and Puppy Sitting :-)

Posted by Ms.Tris On July - 10 - 2008

This morning I’m up early. I’ve been puppy sitting for a couple days… and he’s a cutey. It’s my cousins little Shih Tzu and looks similar to this

He’s been adorable the whole time… he pees a lot though :-)….

Well I have several projects on the way. Today I’ll be doing a couple beats for some pioneers of Hip Hop. This opportunity is an honor. Easy Tee one of the original members of “The Dream Team” hit me up for some new heat. It’s 6:43 am, and I’ve fed puppy… I’m gonna play with him a while, then get started. I’ll post up some pictures of how I’m doing on the tracks through out the day…
I felt like doing something different with todays posts.

In the meantime, check out some Hip Hop history. Easy Tee’s Myspace page is loaded with links to the origionators. This is the true roots of Rap Music/ Hip Hop which was born over 30 years ago!~…

  1. I think it would be fun to do some hip hop beats in the music classroom setting but I don’t know how to pull it off. Any Ideas?

Hey Kyle… Yes several ideas..Streetlegal Ent. has signed me on to teach a few studio classes on software programing. To start let me know the age group/ grade range, and if you will use computers or instruments? We can continue through email, as there are many options

  3. Buy Beats says:

Wow I’m impressed. I could only dream of production classes like that. Cute pup!
